Western Harbour Tunnel (Operations Department) certified to ISO 9001:2000. Western Harbour Tunnel Co. Ltd. sees a need to build up an international level Quality Management System. Instead of implementing ISO 9001 for the whole Company at the same time, she started with the Department providing customer service. This is the Operations Department. By July 2007, the Operations Department was successfully audited and certified by BVQi to ISO 9001. N. Law and Associates was the Consultant for this Project. Including the Western Harbour Tunnel, N. Law and Associates has been consultants to 6 tunnel management companies in Hong Kong in achieving ISO 9001 certification.
