8 March 2007 : New ISO 22000 Certification

ISO 22000:2005 Certification ISO 22000 is a new ISO standard aiming at setting up a Food Safety Management standard. In the past, there has been a lot of standards in food safety but published by numerous organizations, such as the FDA of USA, Codex Alimentarius Commission of the UN, etc. ISO 22000 therefore established this new standard after seeing a need to harmonize all necessary requirements. N. Law and Associates has got long experience in Food Safety system consultancy and training. Industries involved include catering, ice-cream and cake production and sales, frozen food, milk kitchen, massive food central production etc. Recently, N. Law and Associates has help a major client in Hong Kong achieve ISO22000+ISO9001+ISO14001+OHSAS18001 certification. The audit by the Certification Body has completed with good results. Certification award process is in progress and formal announcement will be made very soon.
