22 Aug 2003 : Nelson Law representing Green Council in HKIE Product Cert Seminar

The seminar is called : "New QA System - Construction Material Product Certification". It is organized by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Materials Division. Product certification is one of the most rigorous Quality Assurance systems that begins with the initial stage of product designs to the final stage of delivering the product to the end users. The system is based on testing and continuous surveillance of certified products sampled at the production source and/or in the market. The system is characterised by the use of labels such as : a) quality logo b) safety mark c) eco-label etc. The labeling can also facilitate cross-border trading based on common product standards of different countries.
