How can we fulfill the requirements in ISO 9001:2000 about the Process Approach ?

ISO 9001:2008 requires a company to tackle quality managment by employing a process approach. A concept model is given in Figure 1 of the standard.
A company needs to determine the sequence and interaction of these processes and define it in the Quality Manual.
Also, one needs to determine criteria (e.g. set in terms of quality objectives) and methods needed to ensure that operation and control of these processes are effective.
Monitoring of these processes and subsequent corrective actions shall be taken to ensure effectiveness and continual improvements.
