I am working in a company providing cold room services to those chilled and frozen products corporations.
Our company is considering introducing quality control system of either HACCP or ISO 9001.
Could you please advise which system is better suited to our type of business activity.

HACCP normally applies to food processing companies. Since your company is providing cold room services, not food processing, you would not have a food flow in your operation. Therefore HACCP won't apply.
We recommend that you go for ISO 9001.
