Is it true that we only need six procedures to be developed for our quality system in order to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 ?

ISO 9001:2000 has clearly stated six aspects where documented procedures are required. For the rest, although documented procedures are not a must, documents in whatever form must be available to substantiate that your company is complying with the quality management system requirements of ISO 9001:2000. In our opinions, documented procedure is a very convenient form of such ‘documents’.
